Operator, law and service
EASHR.COM is operated by Beezenlab di E.M., Brescia, Italy. Italian law and applicable EU law govern these terms, without prejudice to mandatory rights. EASHR provides file transfer/storage, folders, sharing, temporary links and email-code authentication. Features, limits and availability may change. EASHR is not a certified archive, guaranteed backup, escrow or guaranteed-delivery service.
Accounts and files
You must be at least 18 and authorised to use the email supplied. You are responsible for devices, mailbox, sessions and codes. You retain your rights in files and grant EASHR only the technical permissions necessary to receive, encrypt, malware-scan, store, transmit, share, expire and delete them. You must have all rights and lawful bases needed to upload or share each file.
Availability and liability
The service may be interrupted for maintenance, failures, security events or changes. Keep independent copies of important files. Any exclusion or limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by law; mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
Suspension and changes
EASHR may restrict, suspend or remove files, links, access or accounts when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, third-party protection or serious violations. Updated terms apply from the published date subject to legally required notice.
