Lawful use
Only upload, store, receive and share files you are legally entitled to handle. Respect privacy, intellectual property, confidentiality, contractual duties and other people’s rights.
Prohibited content
Do not use EASHR for child sexual abuse or exploitation material, non-consensual intimate material, credible threats, material intended to facilitate serious crime, malware, credential theft, unlawful surveillance, stolen data or content whose possession or distribution is illegal.
Security and reports
Do not attack, probe, scan, overload, bypass quotas or authentication, interfere with users, distribute malware, phish, spam or deceptively impersonate others. Report suspected illegal content or abuse through the EASHR contact form with enough information to identify the file, link or conduct.
Consequences
Violations may result in removal of files or links, suspension or termination of access and, when legally required, reporting to competent authorities. EASHR may preserve relevant technical evidence where legally permitted.
