Controller, data and law
The controller is Beezenlab di E.M., Brescia, Italy. Processing is governed primarily by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), applicable Italian data-protection law and mandatory rules. Depending on use, EASHR may process account and recipient email addresses, file names and metadata, file content only as technically necessary to store or transfer it, folders and sharing data, IP address, user agent, session/security information, activity logs, consent preferences and contact-form information.
Purposes and legal bases
Data are processed to provide authentication, storage, transfers, sharing and downloads; secure the service and prevent or investigate abuse; answer requests; and comply with legal obligations. Legal bases include performance of the service or steps requested by the user, legal obligations and, where applicable, legitimate interests in security and service integrity. Optional analytics rely on consent and remain off until Analytics consent is granted.
Recipients, transfers and retention
Hosting, infrastructure, email-delivery, security and other technical providers may process data according to their role. EASHR does not sell personal data to advertisers. Transfers outside the EEA use an applicable GDPR mechanism where required. Files follow user-selected retention or expiry; other data are kept only as reasonably necessary for purpose, security, disputes and legal duties. Consent choices are stored for up to 180 days.
Rights, security and minors
Where the GDPR applies, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, object to processing and withdraw consent, and may complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority or another competent authority. Exercise rights through the EASHR contact form. EASHR uses reasonable security measures but no online service is absolutely secure. The service is intended for users aged 18 or over.
